Bax & Berg make designer shopping pressure-free.
Return your item just in case:
- There is a problem with the item
- You bought the wrong size
- It doesn’t look quite right on you
- You changed your mind
If you are returning based on incorrect size, we recommend you let us know your required size when contacting us, this way we can reserve that garment for you.
How to Return
Simply return your purchase in its original condition within 10 days of its arrival.

- Please include returns form (download here)
- Please ensure garment is in its original condition with tags still attached.
Exchanges or store credits do not apply to sale items.
Postage charges on returns for full priced items are non refundable for store credit.
What to Avoid
We will only accept returns that are:
- Folded neatly
- In original bag
- With tags
- With the return form and order number(#).
- In 'As New' resalable condition
If your return is not as above, it will not be processed.
Refund to Store Credit
Return any purchase for store credit in the form of a discount code *Store credit is valid for 6months.
Swap for a different size or colour *Pre-paid postage bag required or bank deposit for courier.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
Bax and Berg takes no responsibility for items lost in transit, please ensure you affix the appropriate return postage to your package.
